new idea
the idea is to combine the real and virtual exhibits in the gallery. some objects are physical while others are projections from the physical object in another gallery. this is to further tighten up the idea of the time machine. the design of the *pavilion*/time machine itself will be with a lot of windows/openings that connect to such physical/virtual exhibits. they can even be on the ceiling and on the floor. i need more input from you guys.

ReplyDeleteEach one has to be in charge of their country's installation?
ReplyDeletethis looks like a great idea! i suppose everyone is in charge of their own country, but we could always help each other out :)

ReplyDeleteI have one more idea about this 'time machine pavilion'. Actually, In the all galleries of each country, almost same exhibits will be present, so I would suggest projecting each country's gallery space itself, such as atmosphere, people of the galleries. So, the same objects will be in the different space by projection images on the pavilion wall. Does it make sense?
ReplyDeleteyes, that's the initial idea. there should be several big opening with projection of some major space so that people can see what the other gallery is like. and small openings of individual exhibit.so that the pavilion has a formal function.or it can be shelves instead of opening....the form is not really developed yet
ReplyDeleteOK! I like it.
ReplyDeletenice concept ..
